You probably remember seeing this video from January 6th of people pushing their way into the Capitol.
But have you seen this video from that day?
Or this one?
Well – now – you can see every single angle from every single minute from every single camera from that day.
The new House Speaker just ordered all 44,000 hours of video footage from the capitol police on January 6th be made available to the public.
Now all 44,000 hours aren’t available yet. The first group of about 90 hours of footage that’s been made available – is video that has previously been released to the media. But now you can see it unedited for yourself.
The rest of the video will be released over time. Now about 5% of the footage won’t be released ever because the Speakers says it may involve sensitive information related to the capitol building architecture that would be a serious safety risk.
