What concessions did Kevin McCarthy make to become Speaker of the House?
Pay attention to today’s House session.
Lawmakers will be voting on a rules package. A rules package governs the logistics of how the House functions during any given term. I already posted a video explaining all the concessions we know Kevin McCarthy made to get the votes necessary to become House Speaker. But there are several other things we don’t know.
We will see the full rules package IF and when the House passes it. But to pass, if everyone is in attendance and voting, McCarthy would need 218 votes.
