That is the FBI Director who testified under oath this morning.
He along with the Director of Homeland Security said since the war between Israel and Hamas began, the threats against Americans specifically have increased.
Now – I am not trying to scare you with this information. That is never what I do. But I do believe it is important to share with you the very real threats our federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies are testifying to under oath in front of senators. Which is exactly what happened this morning and they did not mince words. They were there to testify for more than three hours about the need for congress to approve the funding the president has asked for – for the southern border and all the other programs the FBI, Homeland Security and the national counter terrorism center need to do their jobs. Funding – which in several cases is about to expire.
And allowing that to happen – according to the FBI – would be the worst case scenario especially right now.
You heard the witnesses testifying about the escalating threats to Jewish, Arab and Muslim Americans but by far – the FBI Director says the Jewish community in this country is disproportionately being targeted.
The FBI Director outlined all the things his agency is doing to put a stop to threats including arresting those who are threatening to harm Americans. He says that – of course will continue but Americans also need to keep their heads on a swivel.
