The Department of Justice said former Attorney General Pam Bondi will NOT sit for a deposition about her handling of the Epstein files. A bipartisan group of lawmakers who sit on the House Oversight Committee voted to subpoena Bondi and that subpoena was issued already. While Democrats and at least one Republican say she must still come in and testify, the Republican chairman of the committee may be trying to find a way to get her out of it.
