You may remember that video I did about Airbnb party bans last year.
Well the company says you can forget about your air b and b summer house parties this year too – because the company just announced — they’re extending the party ban policy until at least the end of this summer.
The policy says if you’re renting an Airbnb house – you cannot have more than 16 people staying there regardless of the house size.
The rules are enforced by both the owner of the house and the renter of the house.
And if you break them – you may be banned from ever booking an air b and b again…and the company may take legal action against you. Keep in mind you have to agree to these terms when you book.
The company also added – if you as the renter have a bunch of negative reviews from homeowners, you will not be allowed to book any single night reservations in entire home listings during the 4th of July holiday.
