President Trump announced late tonight that he was cutting off ALL trade negotiations with Canada over an ad they are running using the voice of President Reagan. In that speech Reagan talks about how horrible tariffs are for the us economy. Trump says the ad is “fake”. But I found Reagan’s actual speech from 1987. Hear it for yourself.
