Why early 2024 election night results may mislead America.

The red mirage.

And the blue mirage.

What the hell does that have to do with the presidential election.

Trust me. It does and it’s part of the reason why lots of you were so pissed off in 2020.

A red mirage and the blue mirage have everything to do with how votes are counted and whether a democrat or a republican is in the lead. I told you all about the state laws and how vote counting works differently in every single state and more importantly – when votes can be counted.

And it’s the timing of that count that can cause the red or the blue mirage.

For example as I told you in this video — some states allow mail in or absentee ballots to be processed and even counted before election day that means when polls on election day — those results can legally be released the second the polls close. Depending on the state, historically democrats vote early, vote absentee and vote by mail that means it may appear at least in the early hours of election night – the democratic candidate is winning – but that may just be the blue mirage. Because the election day in-person votes have not yet been counted.

And on the flip side, in the states where elections workers aren’t allowed to touch mail in or absentee ballots until after polls close on election day – you may get a red mirage – because as I said – traditionally, historically – republicans vote in person on election day – so those day of votes may get counted first because mail in and absentee ballots take time to process and count. And that may make it appear like the republican candidate is ahead in that state. Because the absentee and mail in ballots haven’t been counted yet.

Now – of course in this election we are seeing more and more republican voters turning out to vote early and vote by mail or absentee – so the mirages may be different this year.

Bottom line – don’t get sucked in to the early election night hype. Do not fall of the red mirage or the blue mirage. In this country we wait until the votes are counted. There are plenty of systems to protect the rights of voters, security measures in every single state to ensure the safety of those votes and legal challenges available to correct any potential mistakes.
