Former President Trump spoke for the first time after being arrested in Fulton County.
He spoke for just about a minute on the tarmac moments before he left Georgia. The former President is being charged in a racketeering case related to his actions surrounding the 2020 election. Actions Trump says were totally legal.
Of course the district attorney in Fulton County along with the special counsel in the federal case both allege in their cases that what trump and his allies did was far more than simply challenge the 2020 election.
In the short time he spoke the former President also addressed the other three criminal cases he’s facing.
We are expecting Trump to be arraigned the week of September 5th.
